We can remove your old yard, grade your property, and install new sod.

$90-$100 per every 500 sq ft

We will either till up the yard or bring in a bobcat to get rid of the old yard.

$50-$100 for every 500 sf

This is to rake or use a bobcat to grade the property. We will have to determine which one to use once we see the property.

$125-$150 for every 500 sq ft of sod installation

Bermuda, Fescue, and Centipede Sod is 500 sq ft a pallet.

Zoysia sod is 450 sq ft a pallet.

The average cost for labor per pallet is usually $250-$300 per pallet.

The price for the sod is usually $200 per pallet for Bermuda, Fescue, and Centipede. $300 for Zoysia
